HEALTH GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

The seller certifies the health of the Bulldog puppies at the time of sale.
The buyer is advised to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 48 hours (2 days) of taking possession of the puppy.
If recommended by the veterinarian, the buyer can return the puppy for credit toward another puppy when available.
The buyer must provide the vet's opinion in writing in case of returning the puppy.
The seller is not responsible for the puppy's health after 48 hours, nor for any veterinarian fees.

SPECIFIC GUARANTEE

The seller does not guarantee that male puppies will have 2 normally descended testicles.
The seller does not guarantee the fertility of female puppies at the time of maturity.
The seller does not guarantee against cherry eyes, as this is common in the breed and can be surgically corrected.
The seller does not guarantee against Entropian, as this is also correctable and common in the breed.

DEPOSIT POLICY

If the buyer makes a deposit and does not take the puppy on the agreed date, the deposit will be forfeited.
